Frank Stucki, Esq., MBA
Frank grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada — the youngest of five children, raised by his mom. He moved to Utah at 16, graduated from Springville High School, and earned his undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University. He went on to earn his J.D. from California Western School of Law and holds an MBA.
Frank Stucki, Esq., MBA is licensed in Nevada, Washington and Utah. Cases in California and other states are handled with local co-counsel licensed there. He is based in Las Vegas and does not maintain a physical office in Utah — consultations are by phone or video, and Frank travels for court.
Frank's approach is straightforward: he listens first, asks questions, and prepares cases as if they are going to trial. That preparation is what creates leverage — and it is what survivors deserve.

What working with Frank looks like
Frank does not rush the first conversation. He listens to what happened to you — at your pace, in your words. You share only what you are comfortable sharing.
From there, Frank investigates what happened, gathers records, and builds a case strategy. You are informed at every step. Nothing moves forward without your say.
Frank prepares cases as if they are going to trial. That is not a promise about outcome — it is a commitment to preparation. Institutions and insurers with legal teams and resources respond differently when they know the other side is ready.
